Chief of Staff

Overview
The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic right hand to the CEO, acting as an extension of leadership across all companies within the Elliott Organization. This role is designed for someone who can manage high-level operations, streamline communication, and ensure alignment across multiple active initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic filter for all inbound communication (calls, meetings, opportunities)
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO’s schedule across multiple businesses and projects
  • Lead meeting preparation, agenda structuring, and follow-up execution
  • Take detailed notes and maintain organized records of all meetings, conversations, and decisions
  • Track ongoing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability are met
  • Draft internal memos, summaries, and executive communications
  • Vet business opportunities, partnerships, and incoming requests before escalation
  • Assist in high-level planning, project coordination, and execution strategy
  • Maintain operational continuity across all divisions of the organization

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making ability
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality at the highest level
  • Experience in executive support, operations, consulting, or leadership roles preferred

Chief of Staff — Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at $120,000+ annually (based on experience and performance)
  • Employment Term: Minimum 3-year agreement
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Work Structure: Hybrid (Tampa-based; in-person presence required as needed)
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually
  • Health Benefits: $2,000/month reimbursement toward health insurance
  • Additional Benefits: Corporate gym membership through LA Fitness


This is a high trust, high responsibility role with direct exposure to executive decision-making, major development projects, and high-level business strategy.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Overview
The Executive Assistant provides direct support to the CEO, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and without friction. This role is execution-focused and requires someone who is proactive, responsive, and capable of managing both logistical and administrative responsibilities at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily scheduling, including meetings, calls, and travel
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Screen and vet calls, messages, and meeting requests
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and appointments
  • Take notes during meetings and maintain organized documentation and timelines
  • Track follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist with errands and in-person support as needed (including transportation/logistics)
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documents
  • Maintain a high level of organization across all active communications and workflows

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of responsiveness and reliability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Prior experience supporting executives or high-performing teams preferred
